The location is great for easy access to
El Peñol rock and the town, making it perfect for sightseeing. However, the lack of sound insulation between rooms can be bothersome at times. Still, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the pool area is clean and inviting.

beautiful jacuzzi suite, impeccable cleanliness, scenic views
Loud noise from the pool area made it hard to relax. Tap water is not drinkable—seriously, it's bizarre. No complimentary bottled water available for guests!!! Overcrowded hot tub situation could use some serious management!!!

This place suits me perfectly! It has free Wi-Fi, a heated pool, and excellent 24-hour service. I fondly remember when the staff helped me with a hot drink when I was cold. I highly recommend enjoying the whirlpool! I'm coming back for a new year.

The hotel's wonderful location right by the lake offers a peaceful environment perfect for families. The outdoor pool is a great spot for kids to relax and have fun, while the breakfast features tasty options that the whole family enjoyed.
We experienced some noise from neighboring rooms that disturbed our sleep at times.

The stunning views of the lake and nearby cliffs provide a captivating backdrop, making it hard to leave this peaceful location. The lovely atmosphere combined with attentive staff made for a wonderful stay. The breakfast selection was hearty and flavorful, with plenty of local options to choose from. However, the lack of air conditioning made the rooms a bit uncomfortable at night, and while the pool area was nice, it was quite chilly. Additionally, the furnishings felt a bit dated, which could use an upgrade to match the beautiful surroundings.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the heated whirlpool by the pool and the relaxing garden area where I could unwind. The pool was refreshing, but I did notice that the breakfast options felt a bit basic compared to the overall experience. A quick tip for future visitors, try to enjoy the stunning views from your balcony during sunset! 🌅

good stay but not perfect
The hotel looked nice and was very clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay more enjoyable. I particularly loved the scenic lake view from my room, which added charm to my experience. The location was ideal, close to local attractions yet peaceful to unwind.
The road noise at night was a bit distracting.
